God’s Biblical Blood Covenant Sealed with the Blood of Christ
Time 1:00 AM Monday January 1987
A covenant is a variable agreement between two or more persons.
There are four biblical blood covenants that I wish to mention in this write-up.
1. God’s Blood Covenant with man with Christ as our sacrifice. Hebrews 10:14-20
2. God’s Rainbow Covenant with Noah in 2345 B.C. Genesis 9:6-15
3. God’s Seventh Day Sabbath Covenant. I should say perpetual covenant written with the Finger of God. Exodus 31:16-18
4. God’s Everlasting Gospel Covenant. Mark 16:15, Revelation 14:6, Acts 2:38 and Jude verse 6.
Why does God demand blood for a sacrifice for sins? Because sin is an act of the flesh and blood is the life of the flesh. Leviticus 17:11 And God demands life for life. Genesis 9:6 says that is why Christ came and dies for our sins, he,(Christ) died in our stead according to the scriptures. I Corinthians 15:3.
Just think of a god that is willing to die for us that we won’t have to die. That is God’s Love. Oh, what a God. A-Men A-Men. That is what makes Jesus our king? He died in our place or for us.
I wish to leave this thought here about the four Covenants. The world tries to pattern after God. I notice the four Covenants that God has made with man. Then the devil will come along and set him up four kingdoms of man. Daniel 2:31-40 trying to pattern after God. The four beasts of Revelations 4:11. To me this is the four dispensations of God with man. From the days of Noah until Christ sets up His world wide Kingdom, (Zechariah 14:9). God’s Four Covenants:
1. Blood
2. Rainbow
3. Sabbath
